Exporting Patient Contact Information

Patient contact information can be exported in 2 ways. The Nopali application can export contact information in vCard format, suitable for AddressBook and other contact managers that support this format. The Nopali Administrator may also be used to create a tab-delimited file of the entire patient list.

Note: only users with 'Data Export' privileges can export data. This setting is given using the Nopali Administrator.


Exporting A Patient vCard

To export a vCard, perform a patient search using the search drawer. Select a patient from the list and choose the 'Data>Export vCard...' menu item from the top of the screen. Note that you can select multiple patients from the patient list to include them all in the same vCard.

Exporting A Patient List as a Tab-delimited File

The Nopali Administrator can be used to dump the entire Patient Info database into a tab-delimited file. To do so, run the Nopali Administrator application and select the 'File>Export Patient List As Tab-Delimited File...' menu item at the top of the screen.
