Nopali Help Nopali HelpWith Nopali, you can view a summary of all of the quotes generated in your office. Press the Office Quote item in the toolbar to see this view:
The Office Quote view will present to you a snapshot of all the quotes based on the search criteria in the search drawer. You can fine-tune your search using the search drawer:
For the most part, the default search settings are probably most useful unless you want to see the quotes for a particular doctor.
The main window will present the results of the search criteria in the drawer:
Along the top margin of the main window, a breakdown of the quotes is presented in terms of booked, unbooked and expired quotes:
The breakdown occurs in terms of percentage and dollar value. Just below this is the analysis of income to be collected in the future based on booked quotes.
Finally, the table in the main window shows all of the quotes relevant to the current search:
Double-clicking on a row in the table will take you to the patient chart, where further details for the quote can be seen.
