Modifying Past Medical History Information

Patient past medical history information is kept in the Patient Medical view. Select a patient chart and press the Patient Medical item in the toolbar to see this view:


Patient Medical Toolbar Item

The Patient Medical view is populated with text and other fields. You simply type text into fields and press the 'Save Changes' button near the top right side of the window to save any changes to the data.
